Our rapid-launch, short-duration digital acceleration projects allows us to target high-value opportunities iteratively with management teams and in collaboration with third party vendors and other consulting partners.

Our methodology was developed through years of launching, scaling and evolving technology-enabled projects for our clients. As a result, we’ve worked through most of the challenges and complexities in a Digital Transformation. 

Leveraging our Digital Transformation playbook, NRP first identifies and analyzes a list of digital opportunities that exponentially increase a company’s valuation. These then undergo a rigorous prioritization process to ensure the project plan is tailored to our client’s strategic objectives and needs.

From this plan, NRP develops a detailed roadmap of projects which becomes our workplan for execution. We also work with our clients to identify optimal funding mechanisms for the work. These could consist of resources redirected from underperforming initiatives, planned investment or budget amendments.

Finally, NRP helps our clients re-imagine how value can be realized sooner by adopting agile principles in the management of their operations. NRP uses agile methods in all our engagements, focusing teams on rapid execution and market responsiveness via test-and-learn processes.

As part of these efforts, NRP assists companies in finding and engaging the best digital talent required for targeted opportunities. We then build teams complemented by a mix of NRP experts, company leads and external resources.
