We first assess a company's current customers, potential new segments, customer profitability, brand value and value propositions to different segments. We then analyze marketing metrics and marketing effectiveness with target customers, identifying performance opportunities based on industry best practices. Finally, we help identify operating partners and build the execution teams that optimize deployment of new marketing programs.

Digital Product and Services

We start by understanding a company's product-market fit and profitability through the lens of current and planned product and service offerings. We map these against current and prospective customers. We build on our findings to assess the competitive landscape and product/service expansion opportunities. We then assist management teams in developing and implementing an execution roadmap, including supply chain approaches, marketing strategy and development timelines.

Digital Delivery and Distribution

We help optimize sales conversion on digital channels by streamlining a company's ability to deliver revenue and revenue growth. This can include A/B testing on flows across web and mobile app eCommerce platforms, ensuring lead generation traffic is directed to digital sales channels, changing app interfaces to smoothen traffic flow and checkout, increasing site engagement time and reducing abandonment. We complete the funnel by assessing delivery effectiveness and cost structures across the funnel.
